Hope Lutheran Springtown is happy to announce the 2026 VBS dates and sign up form.

Dates of event: July 7 through 10 - from 6-8:30 pm

Children Pre-K (Kids must be potty trained or accompanied by an adult) to finishing 6th grade are welcome to join us for a fun week of Bible Stories, Crafts, Music, Bible Challenges, Games, Dinner & Snacks!

Please fill in the registration form completely.

We will also need a copy of parents’ Driver’s License at the first night check in.

This form will accommodate up to three kids. If more than three children, please email all of the information to [email protected].

TERMS OF ATTENDANCE

General Terms (Required)

I give permission for my child (named above) to attend the Vacation Bible School (VBS) above. I understand that the information I give for this registration will only be used by the VBS hosting church, and that all registration information will be removed from the hosting site by December 31 st of this Year.

First Aid (Required)

I give my permission for the VBS staff to administer basic first aid to my child (named above) in the event of an injury. I understand that the VBS staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.

PHOTO RELEASE - (Optional)

I hereby grant Hope Lutheran Church permission to copyright and use photographs/videos taken at VBS of the minor designated above in any manner or form for any purpose lawful at any time. I waive any rights that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or written copy, that may be used in conjunction therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.

If there is a reason that I do not want my child photographed, I will notify Hope Lutheran on the first day of VBS at check in. If HLC is not notified, precautions can not be taken.
